The fun way to get in shape: Participate in our boot camp workouts focused on outdoor fun fitness activities that include beach workouts, suspension training, mountain hikes, Kayaking, cycling, yoga sessions, health talks , forest bathing and spa experiences offered by the best practitioners from around the world.  Military style training is NOT what we are about as we prefer to get results the fun way while improving self-development. We will grow together and have a lot of fun in the process in beautiful locations between rugged mountains and beautiful coastlines ideal for outdoors trainings.

8 am – 9 am

Wake up and yoga morning flow

The practice of yoga can help to refine your body and quiet your mind, as well as improve your emotional and personal well-being. Meditation improves memory and intellectual ability, and can help you attain peace of mind. With its unique flow technique you will experience the yoga benefits and meditation and set a powerful intention for your day ahead.

9.30 am- 11 am

Breakfast

For us all, food tends to be one of the most important parts of our day to day routines whilst at the same time enriching our body with the proper nutrients need. Food also can connect us to childhood memories that are deeply rooted in our soul. Every time we eat, it’s an opportunity to nourish and heal our body which is the goal of our new wellness inspired breakfast & newly launched lunch menus.

11.30 am – 1pm

Mindfulness activity : Consciousness

it is about awareness, in other words been aware about ourselves without any judgements. We don´t live in a state of peace because wisdom is lacking. A life without wisdom is a life of illusion, which is a state of agitation and misery. Our first responsibility is to live a healthy, harmonious life, good for ourselves and for all others. To do so, we must learn to use faculty of self-observation, truth-observation accepting others as they are without projecting our judgements in to others. In this mindfulness activity you will learn self-observation techniques to help you live a more conscious life.

1 pm - 3.30 pm

Lunch

Culinary experience committed to your well-being will include a health group talk and silent meals. From time to time, you might enjoy having a silent meal at home with your family or friends. Eating in silence allows us to see the preciousness of the food and our friends, and also our close relationship with Earth and all species. Every vegetable, every drop of water, every piece of bread contains the life of our whole planet and the sun. With each bite of food, we can taste the meaning and value our life. The first time you eat in silence, it may seem awkard, but silent meals can bring much peace, joy, and insight.

3.30 pm – 6.30 pm

Wild fitness outdoor activity with Spa experience:

sunsets are really unique and considered magical when cosmic universal energy is at peak. This journey takes advantage of that very special moment and includes spa experience. For those feeling tired and depleted, our ritual treatments encourage the body to enter a phase of deep rest in which it can be physically and emotionally nourished. Healing key ingredients in both the scrubs and the wraps will be used . It is known to nourish, hydrate, tone and rejuvenate.

8 pm

dinner & relax

Food experience and group sharing to get ready for the following day of our bootcamp. In addition, we will close our day with some simple relaxation techniques and tips that will help you to sleep deeper. Some special tea varieties will be served with unique tea ceremonies. The Tea Ceremony represents harmony, respect, purity and tranquillity which we all must embrace in order to achieve the main purpose of the tea ceremony. It is a very distinctive technique applied to the whole process of the ceremony without not only focusing on the tea as the end product which is essential to present a good value to perfect the ceremony in order to convey this experience. The final goal is an artwork that can be a reminder for us in the grasping world on how important it is to preserve moral values which is the core to live a harmonious live. Perfect dinner ritual before going to bed.
